We process and ship orders as fast as possible so your gear reaches you ready to perform.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays)
  • Orders after 12:00 PM PST may process next business day
  • Confirmation + tracking email sent on dispatch
  • During peak periods (sales, launches): up to 3 business days — customer notified by email

Domestic Shipping (USA)

Standard Shipping 5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping 2–3 business days
Overnight Shipping 1 business day

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch date. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking number sent via email once dispatched
  • Track at Track Order page or on carrier website
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours after label creation

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

  • If marked "delivered" but not received: check neighbors + local post office first
  • Contact us within 7 days at support@elevateathletics.com
  • For damaged items: email photos within 48 hours of delivery

Restrictions

  • No PO Box delivery for Overnight orders
  • Some remote locations may not be serviceable
