Order Processing Time
- Orders processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays)
- Orders after 12:00 PM PST may process next business day
- Confirmation + tracking email sent on dispatch
- During peak periods (sales, launches): up to 3 business days — customer notified by email

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch date. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
Order Tracking
- Tracking number sent via email once dispatched
- Track at Track Order page or on carrier website
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours after label creation
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
- If marked "delivered" but not received: check neighbors + local post office first
- Contact us within 7 days at support@elevateathletics.com
- For damaged items: email photos within 48 hours of delivery
Restrictions
- No PO Box delivery for Overnight orders
- Some remote locations may not be serviceable
